1. Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to all products purchased directly from bugario.in by customers located in India. Products purchased from third-party marketplaces, resellers, or offline retail stores are governed by the respective platform’s return policies and are not covered here.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most products within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

       The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

       All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and attached.

       The product must not have been altered, tailored, or damaged by the customer.

       A valid Order ID and proof of purchase must be available.

Hygiene & Intimate Wear:

For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate-wear products (including but not limited to bras, bralettes, adhesive bras, nipple covers, undergarments, shapewear, and body-contact garments) are eligible for return only if the sealed hygiene packaging has not been opened or tampered with. Once the hygiene seal is broken, the product cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives defective. This is standard practice across the apparel industry and is in compliance with consumer hygiene regulations.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

       Intimate wear and body-contact products where the hygiene seal has been opened.

       Products purchased during Sale events, flash sales, clearance, or promotional offers (including BOGO and bundled deals).

       Gift cards and digital vouchers.

       Products damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or negligence by the customer.

       Free gifts, samples, or complimentary items included with an order.

       Products with removed, altered, or missing tags.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned product at our warehouse and it clears our quality inspection, your refund will be processed as follows:

Prepaid Orders (UPI / Card / Net Banking / Wallet): Full refund to the original payment method within 2–3 business days of quality check clearance. UPI refunds are typically processed within 24 hours.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders: Refund via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to the bank account details provided by the customer. A flat ₹50 COD handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Processing within 7–10 business days of quality check clearance.

Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion if the returned product shows signs of wear, missing tags, stains, odour, or damaged packaging.

Please Note:

       Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

       Refund timelines depend on your payment provider and bank. Bugario is not responsible for delays caused by third-party processors.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date for the same product in a different size, colour, or variant, subject to stock availability.

       All return eligibility conditions (Section 2) apply to exchanges.

       If the requested variant is out of stock, you may choose a different product of equal or higher value (price difference payable by customer) or opt for a full refund.

       Exchanges are limited to one per order per item. A second exchange on the same item will be processed as a return and refund.

       Exchange shipping is free for defective or incorrectly shipped products. For size/colour exchanges, return shipping is borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective, or materially different from what was ordered:

       Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@bugario.in with your Order ID, clear photographs, and/or a short video showing the damage or defect.

       We will arrange a free reverse pickup and offer a replacement or full refund at your choice.

       Claims reported after 48 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

What does not qualify as a defect:

       Minor colour variations between the product and screen display (due to monitor/phone settings).

       Slight variations in fabric texture, shade, or stitching that are inherent to the manufacturing process.

       Fit preferences or sizing dissatisfaction (please refer to our size guide before ordering).

7. How to Initiate a Return, Exchange, or Refund

1.     Email support@bugario.in with your Order ID, product name, reason for return/exchange, and supporting images if applicable.

2.     Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours with approval and next steps.

3.     Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged or you will receive return shipping instructions.

4.     After the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Important: Please do not ship products back without prior approval from our team. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted or refunded.

8. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel, email support@bugario.in with your Order ID.

       Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 2–3 business days.

       COD orders cancelled before dispatch will be cancelled at no cost.

       Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or initiate a return once the product is back at our warehouse.

       Refused COD shipments will incur a ₹100 deduction (covering forward and return shipping costs) from any subsequent refund or credit.

9. Store Credit

In select cases (goodwill gestures, special promotions, or at customer’s request), we may issue Store Credit instead of a monetary refund.

       Store Credit is linked to your account on bugario.in and is non-transferable.

       Store Credit is automatically applied at checkout.

       If your order exceeds the Store Credit balance, the remainder must be paid via another method.

       Store Credit expires 12 months from date of issue and has no cash value.

10. Sizing & Fit Guidance

We strongly recommend consulting the size guide available on each product page before placing your order. While we accept exchanges for sizing issues (subject to Section 5), returns solely due to incorrect size selection by the customer will have return shipping costs borne by the customer.

11. Limitation of Liability

Bugario’s total liability under this policy shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question. Bugario shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use any product.

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

12. Policy Updates

Bugario reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting to bugario.in. The policy applicable to your order is the version in effect at the time your order was placed.
