Two Years.
One Perfect Bra.
Most brands source a product and slap a logo on it. We spent 730 days obsessing over one thing — making the bra Indian women actually deserved. This is how it happened.
We Watched a Woman
Finally Exhale.
A team member's sister came home, pulled off her bra, and let out a long breath. Red wire marks across her ribs. Sweat-soaked padding. She'd been doing this every day for a decade — and thought it was normal.
We asked everyone around us. Every single woman had the same story. The frustration was universal. No Indian brand had solved it.
😤 The SparkWe Listened Before
We Designed Anything.
We didn't go to a factory first. We went to women. Interviews and fittings across Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru. 500+ conversations. Every complaint written down.
Three rules locked in forever: real lift without wire, breathable in 40°C heat, invisible under Indian clothing. No compromise. Ever.
📋 500+ Women Listened ToPrototype 01.
Honestly Terrible.
We partnered with textile engineers, sourced fabric from 6 countries — Japan, South Korea, Italy, Taiwan, China, India. Prototype 01 came back in 8 weeks.
We sent it to 12 women. Feedback was brutal. "Too stiff. Strap digs. Jelly strip shifts after 2 hours." Back to zero. We did this 46 more times.
Prototype 31.
Everything Changed.
On our 31st attempt, the formula clicked. A W-shaped strip of liquid silicone — firm enough to lift, soft enough to move freely. Not foam. Not a push-up pad. Something that didn't exist before.
We filed a patent that same week. The W-shape. The liquid silicone formula. The 360° contour geometry. All ours. All new.
✨ JellyLift™ Was BornWe Wore It Through
a Delhi Summer.
Western brands test at 22°C in air-conditioned labs. We tested through May–June in Delhi, Chennai, and Hyderabad. Real heat. Crowded metros. 10-hour office days. Wedding functions that go past midnight.
8 fabric iterations to reach OEKO-TEX certified, moisture-wicking, anti-bacterial, 4-way stretch. 55% Nylon + 45% Spandex. Built for India.
☀️ Tested in Real Indian HeatThe Detail No One
Else Would've Fixed.
During saree testing, one team member spotted a hairline edge at the cup seam — barely 1mm, barely visible. She stopped the entire shipment.
We switched to hot-press seamless molding — the technique used in high-end European lingerie. 30% more expensive. We approved it immediately.
We Launched.
India Said Everything.
No celebrity deals. No TV campaigns. No paid influencers on day one. Just the product — and women who tried it and couldn't stop telling others.
10,000 orders in month one. Not from ads. From a woman in Mumbai texting her sister in Pune. From a bride sharing in her bridal WhatsApp group. 4,50,000+ women later — the story is still writing itself.
Two Years of Work.
One Bra That
Got It Right.
We didn't cut corners to launch faster. We didn't copy a foreign product. We listened to 500 Indian women, failed 47 times, and built something that had never existed before.
